Travel Fund

One of the questions I hear pretty often is, “How do you afford to travel like that?”

Saving up for travel can be a tiresome, boring process, so I decided to circumvent it by taking my work on the road with me. As a freelance writer, I can pick up the pen and earn money whenever funds run low. However, my primary source of income is from selling eBooks.

Find my book here!

Sales of this book earn me enough royalties that I can live comfortably almost anywhere in the world, but they won’t last forever, so I constantly strive to write more, newer books. However, this is by no means the only method, and many travelers have taken a variety of careers on the road. Everyone from lawyers, accountants, all the way down to au pairs find work all over the world, and get to experience all the joy of travel while still earning a living at the same time.

You can do the same. With a bit of ingenuity and creative thinking, there’s likely a way you can find to apply your professional skills through telecommuting or through some other capacity in a foreign country.

If you’d like to contribute to my travel fund, or just buy me a cup of coffee, let me know — I’d love to hear from you!
